Tilted uterus

Anyone else have this I was into told at my scan yesterday I have a retro flexed uterus it's tilted back but then goes forward slightly they dated me at 6weeks six days yesterday and could see sac has grown and yolk sac is present but no fetal pole. I. The six days since last scan sac has grown from 13.5mm to 19.5mm ! Will having a retro flexed uterus cause any complications midwife only mentioned I had one nothing else I've to go back in a week for another scan as still having brown spotting xx I've included scan pic below ​
