why need to pee so much so early

so im roughly 4weeks 1 day, and all i need to do is pee, and if its not pee i need to poo but then i cant =/ 
any1 else having this problem so early

I was the same way! It's because of the increased fluids running through your body and the increased blood volume. I'm 12w3d now, and it's much better since my uterus has moved up out of my pelvis. Now once the baby gets big enough to weigh down on my bladder again, that will be a different story! ;)

Yes I did earlier and then it went away and now it's back but I can poop better now lol

Im 4weeks 2days and peeing constantly! I've never had to go in the middle of the night until now, and about every 30-45 mins at work, it's crazy. I'm also hungry every 90 mins so I'm constantly snacking. I think my coworkers are going to figure me out, especially if I get morning sickness!
