I'm 19 and I weigh 85 pounds. I have been losing weight from stress and my family is worried. They are making me drink ensure nutrition shakes. Does anyone know any ways for me to keep weight on or what exercises I should do to gain weight? I also have digestion problems so any advice about healthy food to eat would be helpful as well
