When do you OPK test?

Hi ladies. I have read that it's better to opk test between 10am-6pm. I have been testing at 11am ish and 10pmish to track my high and peak. What about you all?

I test with Clear Blue Advanced first thing in the morning because the directions say to.  I use target OPKs after work, as my dr told me to test in the afternoon or evening.

I have heard the same, but I still test with first morning urine. This is because I have read that it is best if you have not urinated for 4 hours prior to testing and that seems impossible for me during the day as I am going all of the time.
