Why do you want to be a mother?

Can you tell us a little bit about yourselves and why you want to be a mother now - as opposed to a few years from now?

(This question is in no way meant to be judgemental but rather because we want to learn from our users.)

Im 19 and married and want to be a mom to set an example for my sisters and i want to be a mom just to love and care for someone like my mom did for me :) im ready and so is DH and i figure why not?? Ive always wanted to be a mom its my dream

I'm 19 I am not married however I have been with my bf for 5 years and we decided to begin TTC because we want to be young parents and were more than prepared for it. He is in the military and has decided to make a career out of it and I am in the works of becoming a sucessful esthetician. Although TTC is hard because he is stationed 3,000 mi away, we are very determined to become parents very soon.

I had a son when I was 14 (I'm now 18 almost 19) with somebody I was with for years. Well he went psycho and I had to move hours away.. Re-met the man of my dreams who lived in my home state, (been in love with him since I was literally like 3) & moved home to be with him, now little over a year and an engagement later, we have the perfect relationship, I'm in college, he has a great job, have our own place, & were ready for the next! We're stable, able, & so ready. & he's truly the best daddy I've ever met . I can't wait to have this experience with somebody instead of alone. But I did learn and grow from it & wouldn'trecommend  anybody to have sex at such a young age. Please wait. We were one of the lucky ones. Life is perfect.

Me I'm really sad I have this empty ness  in my heart I need to furfill I need a baby laughting in my house I need a baby to smile every time he or she sees me I need to hear my baby's first words to be mommy I'm sad because I want to be a mother more than anything I've always had everything I've wanted to be a mother I live in union city New Jersey USA and all I'm asking for is a baby nothing else.

I've always wanted to be a mother and my husband has always wanted to be a father. I've always had this feeling like that the only thing I've ever really wanted was the one thing that would never happen. Now that I'm married and I have a husband who wants all the same things as me, I'm starting to feel as if my worst nightmare is coming true. I've had 2 doctors (endocrinologist and gynocologist) say if they couldn't figure out what's going on then my fertility is going to be affected for a long time. My doctor also told me that my cervix is very small and I will most likely need to have it sewn to prevent miscarriage and premature labor:( I also have PCOS, diabetes, and an under active thyroid.

I am 19, hubby is 20. We've been together over 3 years and we are trying for our first baby. I have always wanted to be a mother and my husband as a father, ever since we were both little. My thinking on it is, the earlier you start your family, the more time you have with them. Now I'm not saying I just want a baby for the fun of it because I know it's not all fun and games. My husband and I are financially stable, we own our house which is all paid off, & we are ready to be parents. We are mature enough to know the difference between fun and seriousness. We don't really party or smoke/drink of any kind and I know that starting a family is what's missing in our lives right now.

​So that's why I want to be a mother. I want to love my family even more & I know my husband wants to have a mini him running around the house. I love my husband, & I cannot wait to create new life with the man of my dreams. ❤️
