Terrified

​I've been seeing a fertility specialist after my 3rd miscarriage in July. It's only been 6 weeks since. I don't normally ovulate on my own and I really didn't think I would. I had an hcg test last Friday and it was neg and my progesterone was 13.6. I'm confused if my hcg was neg then how does my pregnancy test say I'm 2-3.  The first one I took came up positive right away and very strong. I never got a strong that fast before. I called my fertility center and I'm waiting for then to call me back. I'm terrified I don't know what to do. My bf is at work and I'll tell him when he gets home. I know he will be happy but probably scared too. I have no one to talk to right now
