Am I pregnant?

I had a negative hpt on Monday (1st September). My period was due on the 23rd August but all I've had is light spotting, no AF. I have really sore breasts and sharp shooting pains in my lower abdomen - is it possible I am pregnant just not showing up on test? Has anyone else experienced this? X
