Easy vegan go to foods?
I've been a vegetarian for about 10 years. About a month before finding out I was pregnant, I started my transition to vegan. It's harder than I thought! What quick go to options are there out there? I'm in my 3rd trimester and my significant other really wants to help with the cooking, but he lacks in cooking skills and he's not vegetarian. So making meals is a challenge sometimes. Any suggestions?
