Faint white line from my chest to belly button

Okay so I'm having a lot of pregnancy symptoms extreme fatige,tender breasts and nipples, my sense of smell has gone crazy, nauseous,dizzy spells and now I've noticed I have a faint white line running from my chest to my belly button!! Is this a sign of pregnancy?!? I haven't taken a test yet because my period technically isn't late..if it doesn't come this week it will be. And my last period was very light and only about 3-4 days!! Help! Lol
