I have pcos and have always had irregular periods. I was on metformin but when I stopped my periods because more regular I was having one every month right around the same time I should have started one two days ago I wasn't really concerned when it didn't show up right away I was cramping and then for two days( I did have sex both day) I had a little bit of blood come out but only when I went to the bathroom and it didn't really look like spotting it looked more like mucus with a a reddish tint. I was just wondering what I should do? And what it could possibly be?
