Midwife help?

Hi ladies first time posting on here
​I'm expecting my third baby and I'm 7+5 weeks 
​I went to the doctors about 2 weeks ago and I have still not heard anything from a midwife to do the green fourms (the ones you have to carry around with you) I live in the uk (Birmingham) and the doctors send of the referral for you but I have not heard anything as of yet does anyone know around when you would hear something?

I also had like a student doctor so what if she ent sent it of or something did you phone them and they gave you an appointment over the phone x

I would ring doctors first and if you get no joy ask the doctors which midwives they would use and phone direct xx

I'm in north east, we totally avoid doctors go straight to midwife but don't tend to do green forms till after your 8 weeks I'm getting mine next thurs and I'll be 8+3 so maybe ring them xx
