Been so long without AF

Cycle day 78 with no AF in sight... I have a infertility appointment October 14th and my doctors wants me to wait until then to find out what's going on.. Is this normal for PCOS? I'm learning along the way... My doc thinks I'm not Oing...But oct 14th feels so far away...
