What to do????

I missed ma period. Today is CD 37, had two negative tests but a lot creamy discharge is coming. I don't know what to do? Should I go to the Dr and pop a pill for ma AF to come or should I wait? Could it be due to progesterone capsules I had taken? Plz help ladies!
