Herbs or natural remedies to help fertility and conception?

Im a 29 year old female with a 7 yr old son, I have been off bcp since June, using no protection, having sex during fertility window...and nothing. Just got my period yesterday. I'm not even sure I'm ovulating because I would always get sore breasts the week before period, now I get nothing. I'm seriously considering not drinking any alcohol or caffeine this month and we TTC again, just wondering if anyone knows of any natural remedies to help fertility?

Well I would say that if you are getting your period then you ARE definitely ovulating try using opks every month to be sure of peak days. I heard that bananas, eggs and citrus fruit could be very helpful when TTC. Hope I helped. Baby dust to you my friend✨✨✨

Raspberry leaf tea is supposed to be good when you're TTC. It helps prep your womb for implantation. By no means does it taste like raspberries but it's really not too bad. Diet and overall healthy lifestyle really plays a big part in getiing preggers! Good luck!

My RE recommended a great book called The Fertility Diet.  It's written by 2 doctors & backed up by several scientific studies.  Most of the recommendations make a lot of sense, like eating whole grains, cutting out ALL trans fat, etc.

This time around I am taking Maca and some other supplements including Iso Flavones it is said to act like Clomid. Which I was put on to get pg with my 1st because I was having periods (irregular) but not ovulating. Best of luck and baby dust.

I've been getting advice and recipes of a site called natural fertility info. so I've changed my diet quite a bit.
