Ok, so I was very fit when I fell pregnant. I always had the motto that I'd work out as much as I could through pregnancy.
​Ok so it's week 16 for me tomorrow & I haven't done a single thing (I walk the dog daily) I have been so tired & I come in from work & go straight to sleep.
​Is it worth me trying to get back into it now? I detest swimming & that's seeming like the only option. is anyone else still carrying on?
