Congrats! My husband and I have been married for 6 years. He did 5 years active duty in the Navy. We survived 2 long deployments. The best advice I can give you is to be patient and have lots and lots of trust. Also, try coming up with a "code" language between the 2 of you. That's how the hubby and I communicated when he was deployed. :)

I definitely always just try and stay busy.  I have a full time job, plus we have a toddler. Its much harder for him to be away with a child at home, but it keeps me busy. Pick up hobbies and make sure to get out of the house as much as you can. It helps keep your mind off of everything.
