How to use vitex? Can anyone help me?
I am using progesterone cream now, but wishing to change to using vitex. With the cream I am on 14 days and off 14 days. I have a regular cycle, but have low progesterone. Am I to take the vitex the same as the cream or take daily? When should I start taking it in my cycle?
