Relationship issues

When me and my SO fight or go through hard times, its easy for me to have an "end-of-the-world" mentality. Meaning, I start thinking that we aren't going to make it, etc. I start to get really depressed and can't eat or sleep. We love each other very much and have been together for a while... But every time we fight, this happens. I'm tired of having this feeling every time things go wrong. Its like I can feel the sadness physically. What do I do?
