Period very late no POSITIVES yet!

I'm 22, my husband and I have been married since Dec. and together for 9 years. We have been TTC for the past two months now, ever since I had my endometriosis laproscopy in July 2014. My last cycle length was 45 days, now with this current cycle I am 10 days late with no positive results. Is this normal to have such long cycles after a laproscopy? Is there a chance that I could be pregnant even though the results are negative?
