are biotin pills just as effective as prenantals?

the bottle says it has like 600% of folic acid which I know you need or should i just go for prenantals? it's just i bought like 2 bottles because they were buy 1 get one free soo i have like 180 of them.. ?!

I would use the biotin til it runs out then switch to prenatal :)

What about DHA?  It is important to use that as part of a prenatal regimen also.

That would work also! It's also good for your nails & hair and stuff just like the prenatals so I say go for it until it runs out then go to actually prenatals. I take the pills, but I think gummies would be easier! I might try them when my pills are gone! They say flinstone gummies will give you everything you get from prenatals also.
