Cramps?
Anyone else have cramps around 4.5 wks?? What do they feel like?
Mine come and go and feel somewhat like AF cramps...which it technically is around that time, if I weren't pregnant. They're mostly mild and dull and I feel them more toward my right side, but occasionally feel sharper. No spotting.
I had a chemical pregnancy last month and feel so surprised and thrilled to be pregnant again this cycle. Overall I feel very positive, but I know part of me will be holding my breath until My first appt. Just need the reassurance that this can be normal!
