13 weeks vomited yellow bike

I need some clarity. I have had no morning sickness up to this point and this morning got hit hard with a sick feeling that lead to me vomiting yellow bile. I had my gallbladder out a little more than a year ago so I don't know if my newly pregnant body is finally responding to that. Also yesterday I had almost 4-5 pieces of pizza so I'm also wondering if the grease is what has made me sick. Anyone else experiencing or has experienced this?
