Help! Need answers.

So AF is due the 23rd. Last Wednesday had very light spotting then Thursday it got a little heavier. But only lasted a day. Could that be AF? Normally my periods have lasted 5 days and were really heavy. My boobs have been super sore, back aches. I feel very nausea and tired here lately, always get a very bad headache out of nowhere I also am very bloated and has stayed that way. Is my mind playing tricks in me
