Baby pictures.

I sent a picture of my 9 month old daughter to my mother in law. The picture was of my little girls bum. She rolled over when I was changing her diaper and made the sweetest smile. It didn't show anything else but her sweet face and bum. My mother in law took offense to the picture and got upset. Is it offensive to anyone else or cute?
