Period owwies?
I've got back pain, tender breasts, and nausea 5 days before my period. For the past 6 months I've had these symptoms only the day before my period but including major cramps. And yes, nausea is a totally normal part of my cycle ?
Do any of you get AF symptoms WAY before your periods?!? For someone with a VERY regular cycle, this is quite troubling...
