Pregnancy Healthy eating...
Just was curious. I'm a pretty active person and I go to the gym 4x a week if not more some weeks, and I eat pretty clean, but I do meal prep and depend on some type of protein shake/meal supplement as at least one meal a day. Do you think I need to give this up or is it ok to still consume? I've been really nauseated the last week or so and it's the only thing that tastes good to me right now.
