PCOS Success stories?

Hello everyone, I am 21 yrs old and have polycystic ovaries, over the past two years I have experienced a hysterical pregnancy and a miscarriage. I have been trying to conceive for around 16 months and my doctor has put me on Metformin. I was wondering if/how many people has had any success with Metformin and how long it took them to conceive? I feel like I'm at a dead end and some hope would be amazing :(
