Wierd feeling

So last night I was out with my husband, we had had unprotected sex in the evening and the day before and have been ttc for 3 months now, and I had this extremely sharp pain, like a stabbing pain, on my right side kind of by my ovary but more in the middle. I hAve a hx of ovarian cysts but it didn't feel like that. Also had some discharge. Just wondering if it could be implantation or anything. Thanks ladies!
