What gets you motivated?
The hubby and I decided to start a gym routine together to help us both get in tip top shape for TTC and help me stop obsessing over it all! I feel great since we started a few days ago which keeps me coming back but I had to work to get motivated initially. To make myself feel good about working out I bought a new pair of running shoes and 2 pretty sports bras ? Whatever works right?! What gets you motivated to get moving?
