When to stop lifting heavy objects?
I work as a med aide/caregiver and do a lot of lift assist to full lift assist with the elderly, I am currently 24 weeks and was wondering when/if I should stop lifting people? My belly isn't huge but I've felt some sharp pains in my lower sides of my abdomen lately while at work. Any suggestions? I will ask my doc at next appt as well.
