Urgent care clinic??

I am nine weeks and last week came down with a sinus infection and had to start antibiotics. I have since had vagunal irritation and some white and brown discharge. I spoke with a nurse last night and she seemed concerned that I've also had cramping throughout my pregnancy and wants me to see a dr today. My only option is an urgent care clinic. I assumed cramping was somewhat normal, it's never been severe. And I figure I'm having a yeast infection from antibiotics. But now I'm scared of something is wrong. And I don't know what urgent care can really do except refer me to ob gyn...anyone had a similar experience or have thoughts on this?
