Is Pregnancy after Tubal Ligation Possible without Having it Reversed?

I am 34 yrs old and I had My tubes cut, tied &burned when I was 30yrs. I have 2 children 18 & 16. Me and My Husband have been married for 2yrs and we have been talking about wanting another baby:) it would be the First for my Husband... I Really regret having that procedure done and I wonder if there is a possibility to conceive after that!!! Uuuggghhhh I Hate myself for taking such a drastic step and making it Permanent;(  We can not afford to have the reversal done so I'm Praying for a Miracle? Anyone out there with a success story?

Tubal Reversal is way more affordable than IVF. I had tubal reversal surgery in July. My husband has no biological children. We saved and made payments for about one year before having the surgery. Best decision I ever made. I had to wait 2 cycles and am now TTC. It seems expensive but there are many Drs that offer financing and do payment plans. I did lots and lots of research.

Look online for fertility grants or loans. I had a reversal done in March and did a lot or research into these options. There are a lot of companies willing to finance or grant money for medical issues including fertility treatments. Also talk with the different doctors around you that do the surgery. A lot will offer payment plans. You may have to make payments before the surgery but it really doesn't cost all that much compared to IVF. Good luck to you!

I'm in the same boat as you. I was married 16 years, and allowed my now ex husband to convince me to get a tubal ligation. I really don't want to go through surgery to reverse it, so I looked up natural ways to open your tubes. I've found a lot of articles about red clover naturally repairing the tubes by clearing out the scar tissue. The theory is that the scaring will be cleared, then your body will heal itself, and naturally form new connections. I've been taking it for less than 2 months, and I've noticed some differences in my overall health. It's suggested that you try it for at least 6 months before resorting to surgery. Hey, for a few bucks it's worth a try.

With IVF it's possible, but that is around $15,000 dollars since insurance typically doesn't cover it. I have no idea about the cost of tubal litigation reversal.
