Pcos and frequent miscarriages

Nobody can give me answers! I have had many miscarriages usually within the first month or two but pregnancy tests never come back positive until after. My discharge during ovulation is usually very thick and hard to tell. I have been told I have pcos and that IF I ovulate it's not regularly. Is there something I can do naturally to improve my chances? I'm lost. Been trying for years.
