Is it safe to eat spicy good like salsa while pregnant?

It's safe, just beware that you may get heartburn really bad even if you didn't get it before pregnancy

Yep it's safe an I'm big on Mexican food so I eat spicy food a lot. The only thing is be warned of how long you may end up in the bathroom lol

It's one of my cravings. I haven't had any problems, unless it was unbelievably spicy.
