Another bump in the road...

I am almost 32, and my husband is 31.  We have been TTC our 2nd for the last 20 months.  We found out last year that my husband has low morphology, but count was high, and mobility is good.  Well for the last few months I have been experiencing a lot of irregular bleeding.  I finally called my OB because I have been bleeding and spotting for the last 2 weeks.  I went in this morning and had a sonogram and found out I have polyps.  I have to have a D&C done to remove them.  I am beyond frustrated and just want to cry.  I am really starting to feel like our dream of having a baby is never going to happen.
