Do i have a chance?

I sadly lost my baby on 14th september, when i was 6w 3d. The bleeding stopped on about 19th september. 
Tonight i got a positive opk. 
What are the chances of me falling pregnant again so soon? We desperately want another baby!

Doctors say that it's very easy to get pregnant right after MC because of your hormones levels that you have after previous pregnancy, but you have it be healthy enough to avoid another MC. Take some vitamins and try to relax! I wish you luck! I really understand your pain... Baby dust to you !
