Ttc with diabetes

OK I'm the lesbian TTC. Even tho our donor reneged on our agreement, we did our last insemination on the 19th. Usually AF is on time every month n she stay for 3 1/2 to 4 days. Last month she came for only 2 days n very light. But I'm having hella cravings n nausea. I'm wondering if my diabetes is making the test say negative. I have read that some woman experience this.
