Strangest methods for pain relief, that work..??

​I've taken Provera before and it made my breasts hurt so bad I couldn't wear a bra, but the progesterone is different. So after my husband went to bed (even though at that point I wouldn't have cared if strangers were around!) I got an ice pack and it was like instant relief! I feel like I'm probably not the only one who has done this but it made me think about other ways you've gotten relief and stopped pain, cramps, nausea etc. I'd love to hear it!
