Cold extremities?

Does anyone else has really cold hands, feet, and noses? I've been tested and I don't have anemia but my toes, hands and nose are almost always freezing. We keep the house at 74-75F so it's not like I'm in a cold environment!! One of my doctors said I have small red blood cells so it's harder for my blood to warm my extremities, but I've never had any other doctors tell me that. And this is a constant thing, not just on my period (I hear that happens sometimes!)
