Broken Blood Vessels

Last weekend I had horrible morning sickness.. couldn't keep anything down not even water.. ended up throwing up so violently that I've busted the blood vessels in both my eyes and they look horrible still. Has anyone experienced something similar? I'm still basically on a jello and berries diet because nothing else wants to stay down for long. I'm 9w5d.. hoping this passes soon.
