What do I say...
My grandmother is currently sitting in the hospital suffering multiple organ failure and the outlook is not good. When I saw her today, she said to my husband and myself that she really wanted us to have a baby. We have been trying for a year and a half. It totally broke my heart and I don't want to spring it on her now that it may not happen for us. I don't know what to do. I'm so upset.
