What is going on?! (TMI Pic)

I am on the pill and been on the same one for nearly 2 years. Last period was 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I had a small amount of dark brown discharge when I wiped then this morning the same thing. I am having cramps. My body is driving me nuts! A couple of cycles ago I had breakthrough bleeding. Next cycle was fine and now this. Pill needs changing perhaps? About to rip my hair out. ?
