Stronger connection and closer to your partner? Could it mean I'm pregnant?

I love my partner very much and I've always had a strong connection with him. But lately I've been feeling so much closer to him and feeling a much stronger connection. We've been ttc for 6 months now and I have many other early pregnancy symptoms (constant peeing, nausea, sudden vomiting, sore breast). So I don't know if it's could mean I'm pregnant. Can someone please help me :(
