Thick Semen-TTC

Ladies, if your husband/bf/etc. has extremely thick semen, were you able to conceive naturally? Some liquifys, some doesn't. I'm worried I won't be able to get pregnant. He has drank more fluids in hopes it would thin it. No luck yet... :/
