AF 10 days late, pregnant? helpppp

So AF is 10 days late, my periods are alwayssss regular, have taken 2 hpts and gotten faint lines but I'm not convinced. Went to the doctor they said come back in a week. I have had creamy white discharge for about 9 days now, it's constant, (it doesn't smell or itch etc) been feeling sick whenever I eat and when I eat I get this weird kinda mild pain around my belly button?? I've had mild pains/cramps in abdominal area, been having trouble sleeping, peeing a lot more then usual, im always thirsty, I randomly feel nauseous it comes and goes,  and just today my boobs started hurting they feel bruised and hubby squeezed them without thinking and it was so painful!! Not to mention my intense mood swings, I feel like I'm losing the plot because I get soooo angry and upset over the stupidest things!! Anyone had anything similar? I know alot of you are thinking take another test but I'm just wandering if anyone else has had similar things, I especially want to know if anyone has had creamy white CM after AF is due and it stays for a long time and you have gotten a BFP?? Hopefully that made sense thanks!
