So many questions..... plz HELP

What tests do i need to have done and where would i go to have them done. We have been ttc for 2 years with no luck, i have a 5 year old from a previous relationship and she wants a sibling really bad. My husband is starting to get depressed and discouraged because we cant get pregnant. And help would be greatly appreciated.
