Counting kicks

I am 22+1 with my second child and had to call my ob earlier because I have barely felt movement today. Usually, my baby is extremely active and will move 17 or more times within 5 minutes. They are having me count kicks for the next four hours and if I don't feel 10 movements by then, I will need to go to the hospital for observation because it will be after clinic hours. It's been almost an hour an I've only felt 3-4 movements. I'm hoping baby gets more active.
