If a guy never ejaculates inside of u can u still get pregnantform this pull out method?

Yes, there are two possibilities. The first is that he doesn't pull out in time, which is a fairly common reason some people get pregnant with this method. You'd have to have a lot of trust for this one, and even with full trust, accidents happen.  Additionally, while some people originally thought that pre-cum could get you pregnant, pre-cum actually does not contain semen.  However, if he has ejaculated previously, and not urinated before having unprotected sex again (which washes away the previous semen that reside inside the urethra) there could still feasibly be some semen alive inside that can get picked up by the pre-come and get you pregnant. Either way, it's still a risky situation. So if you don't want to get pregnant you should be using some form of protection.

I retract my statement. Apparently, MOST men don't have sperm in pre-cum. There are some who have low levels of semen, which theoretically could still get you pregnant. All the more reason to use protection.

When used properly the pullout method can be extremely successful. That being said it DOES NOT prevent against diseases. Only use this method if you and your partner have been checked.
