Are there any fussy eaters who have just discovered their BFP?
Since I was a child myself, I have even a fussy water (although over the years I have been getting better!) and obviously to have a happy and healthy pregnancy and baby a well balanced diet has to come into it!
I am worried that I may not be able to improve my diet :( for years and years I have struggled eating certain foods. For example, when I try to eat certain foods like vegetables I just gag because of the taste or texture! Do you think my maternal instincts will take over and I can overcome these silly things?
I eat plenty of meat though, and fish.
