Ovulation/charting help, a little tmi!

Alright ladies, need some advice. I'm not supposed to ovulate until today. Yesterday I had a glob of cm, from then on I've been dry as a bone. We had sex Oct 2nd & 5th. I have a feeling ovulation happened before glow said it's supposed to? I ended my period sep 28th. We use withdrawal as our current form of BC. I don't think he came the 2 times mentioned (we know the risk). So I guess what I'm asking, can I ovulate that soon? And if so we had sex in that window right?
